There was a period when I absolutely loved eating at Suki Teenoi. Whenever Peem and I went, we would eat until we were completely stuffed.

At the time, I was heavier than I am now and was also working out regularly, so my appetite was huge. It wasn't unusual for the two of us to order eight large trays of beef and finish them together.

These days, though, I rarely eat buffets anymore. I feel like my body is getting older, and I no longer enjoy eating massive amounts of food. Eating just enough feels much better.

The reason I used to love buffets was that they felt like a great deal. It was fun to go with a group of people, order all kinds of food, and eat as much as we wanted.

But once I found myself eating less and less, buffets gradually lost their appeal. In the end, I realized that I didn't need to eat a huge amount to enjoy a good meal.
