I am a very sensitive person and have a strong attachment to sensual pleasure. Because of that, I've often found myself struggling with both my own thoughts and my relationships with others.

I would frequently blame other people, circumstances, or things around me whenever life didn't go the way I wanted. Yet in reality, the suffering was arising from within myself all along.

As I spent more time observing my mind, I began to experience the profound stillness that comes with inner silence. That experience made me realize how powerful—and how fragile—the mind can be.

Because of this, I made a decision to let go of this attachment. I no longer want to be driven by craving and sensual desire.

Whether it is masturbation or sexual activity, I have chosen to step away from these pursuits and stop feeding the cycle of craving. I wish to free myself from the intoxication of pleasure, excitement, and lust, and instead cultivate a mind that is more peaceful, aware, and at ease.
