When I’m sitting down, Chi loves to jump up and lie on me, then bury his face into my belly. He’s big and chubby, and when he snuggles in, he really pushes his whole body forward — trying to squeeze himself in as tightly as possible, as if the closer the better.

He doesn’t nap for very long, though. Maybe he has a short attention span, because at night — when I’m trying to sleep — he runs around playing almost the entire time. He’s not like the other cats who can sleep all day without doing much.

Ever since we changed his food, he’s gotten even bigger. We’re trying to keep his weight under 6 kilograms so he doesn’t get too heavy.
