When I stop taking the green-and-yellow pills, I experience withdrawal symptoms. I can honestly say that it is extremely difficult to endure.

My hands and feet become very cold—so cold that my hands ache. This feeling lasts almost constantly for about one to two weeks before the withdrawal symptoms completely subside.

The first week is usually the most intense. By the second week, the symptoms start to ease. Normally, I would take one or two pills a day to reduce the comedown and withdrawal effects, but even then, it is still very uncomfortable.
