I really loved playing basketball during my elementary and high school years. At some point, I noticed that a fluid-filled lump would often appear on my wrist. Whenever I moved my wrist up or down, it would hurt quite a bit.

Since I was still young, I didn't pay much attention to it. I just carried on with my normal life—playing basketball and going to school. Sometimes, if the lump was hit hard enough, it would burst and the pain would go away. However, it would eventually come back again.

In the end, I went to see an orthopedic doctor. It turned out that one of the joints in my wrist was misaligned, which was causing the swelling.
